The year to date information provides you with valuable insights into the performance of all agencies in your area. This gives you a comprehensive overview of how each agency has performed throughout the year.
The agency names are listed on the left hand side, followed by the total number of properties being advertised by that agent and then further broken down to % of market share.
The value of the agencies listings is then shown along with the % of market share that this accounts for.
The bold total line indicates the whole of market.
Agency stock levels are filtered by property type. These numbers are then used to calculate the agents market share %.
New listings shows the number of listings added by the agency since the start of the year, along with % share these account for and the total value of the listings.
This information is also shown for properties withdrawn from the market.
When you subscribe to Sprift, you will receive three postcode districts as part of your subscription. These districts will automatically be added to your account during the onboarding process. However, if you need to modify or update these districts, please reach out to our Customer Success team.
