The title plan is incorrect

The title plan showing on the Sprift dashboard may be different from what you or the property owner expect to see

The title plan and title number shown on Sprift are taken from Land registry.

You are able to see the land registry title information here: https://search-property-information.service.gov.uk/search/

If the homeowner believes this to be incorrect, a correction to this will need to be requested directly to the land registry from the homeowner: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/contact-hm-land-registry

The property owner will need to request Land Registry correct the titles https://www.gov.uk/guidance/contact-hm-land-registry

  • Click "Start now"
  • Select "Member of Public"
  • "I want to report an error on a register, title plan or document"
  • "This issue relates to the title plan"
  • "Something else"
  • Provide their details, including title number
