No templates are assigned to your account by default. There are collections of fully editable templates for you to choose from and save to My Templates.
Within each collection there are a range of letters and postcards. You can view these by
selecting the relevant button.
Each template within a collection is either assigned to On Market Targets or Area Search / Auto Mail
Click on the template you wish to edit and save. You can then rename the template using the pencil icon.
Clicking select will open the template to be edited as you require.
Once you have made any required edits and are happy with your template click Save To My
Templates
The template will now be stored in your ‘My Templates’ section where it remains fully editable. It will be available to use when creating campaigns.
