Prospecting Status Changes
One valuable feature of the prospecting tool is its ability to facilitate direct communication with vendors who are currently advertising their properties for sale.
The 'on market' tool is a powerful feature that enables you to effortlessly send personalized letters to addresses that are currently on the market. With this tool, you can customize your letters to cater to the specific needs and preferences of each recipient, making your communication more effective and impactful.
One of the key advantages of the prospecting tool is its inclusion of four status change trigger points. These trigger points serve as valuable indicators, notifying you whenever there are significant changes in the status of a property. This ensures that you are always up-to-date with the latest developments in the market, allowing you to make informed decisions and take timely actions.

- Added

After the address has been on market for a 6 days it will move to the '1 week on market' target.
- Reduced
-
- This filter shows all addresses being marketed that have had a reduction in marketing price.
Once an address is mailed from the reduced section it will be removed from view until it reaches the next applicable 'weeks on market' target.
- Withdrawn

If an address has been withdrawn and then becomes re-available on the portals it will move to 'Added' then work through the weeks on market targets until SSTC, reduced or withdrawn.
- Fall-Through
- This filter shows all addresses being marketed that have changed from available to SSTC back to available.
Once an address is mailed from the Fall-through section it will be removed from view until it reaches the next applicable 'weeks on market' target.
