Our dashboard features summary records of all planning decisions, so you can quickly get an overview of what's been happening in your area. For those who want to dive deeper into the details, we also offer direct links to the Local Authority site to view the full record.
You can access both the summary and detailed information on the dashboard, or on the map via the planning pins.
When viewing the planning tab on the dashboard you will be shown two sections:
1. Planning applications at this address (if applicable)
2. Planning applications at nearby properties
To see an address from the left hand list on the map use the 'locate' symbol 
Viewing Records
Each address in the list will have a number next to it. This number refers to the number of planning applications at that address.
Clicking on this number will show the summary details of each record associated with the address.
By clicking 'View planning record' you will be redirected to the local authority website page showing the full details of the application.
Summary details can also be seen by clicking on the property pin on the map. 'View planning record' works the same here, redirecting you to the local authority.
Planning data is added to the Market appraisal report and key facts for buyers by default.
