We provide daily updated movers information determining the full address of all properties currently on the market with your competitors, cross referencing them against all the major property portals.
We track each property's sales or lettings cycle, allowing you to target vendors at specific trigger points.
On Market targets can be turned on / off as required.
- When withdrawn or 16+ weeks is selected all other targets will be de-selected, when un-checked all other targets will re-appear.
By default all postcode areas assigned to your branch are switched on. You can remove areas by de-selecting from the dropdown.
You can also filter by property type, bedroom number, listing agent and marketing price.
Once you have applied your filters click select. The addresses shown will then update. 
Whilst precaution is taken to remove your own stock using your portal ID’s, we recommend checking the listing agent filter and removing your agency if listed.
You can select the template you wish to use from the drop-down menu in each target menu bar.
N.B. You will have the option to edit the template or select another within the basket.
No properties are selected for mailout by default. You can select for mailing be clicking:
- Select all, all addresses within the targets ticked in the top menu will be selected for mailing.
- Envelope in the target header will select all addresses within that target for mailing.
- Envelope on address line will select that specific address for mailing
To complete your order, click into your basket.
You will see your order listed, you are able to change or edit your template, add a Job reference, check the cost, and view the recipient addresses.
A red ! will show over the template button until it is opened and marked as approved.
If you are ready to proceed tick the box that you have checked the template and then click Confirm Buy and Send, it will then be sent to print.
