Send direct mail without leaving Sprift
After selecting your landlord records, you can create and send personalised direct-mail letters straight from your account. It keeps everything in one place and makes it easy to contact landlords as soon as you identify a new opportunity.
How to get started
- Go to lettings in your prospect account
- Select the landlord details you want by using your free monthly allowance or purchase additional records
- Once Landlord details are purchased, these details will move over into your Landlord Prospecting tab
- Send personalised mail directly from Sprift to the Landlords home address!

- How much does a landlord record cost?
Each landlord record costs £7.50, payable by credit or debit card. There are no bundles or long-term commitments - you only pay for the records you need.
- Do I get 50 free landlord records every month?
Yes. Every branch receives 50 free landlord records each month. These refresh automatically, so you always have a supply of data to support your prospecting.
- What happens if I need more than 50 records?
You can continue to purchase additional landlord records from Sprift data by purchasing more tokens or downloading from the authoritative source using a credit or debit card..
- Where does the landlord information come from?
We source verified landlord details linked to rental properties currently on the market, giving you access to reliable contact information to support your outreach.
- Can I use these records for direct mail campaigns?
Yes. You can send personalised direct-mail letters directly from Sprift using the landlord records you select. There’s no need to export data or switch tools.
- Do unused free records roll over into the next month?
No. Your free allocation resets each month, so it’s best to use all 50 within that period.
- Who in my team can access the free records?
All users within your branch share the same free monthly allocation. Any member of your team can use them.
- Will I be able to see how many free records I have left?
Yes. Your remaining free records will be shown within the Landlord Prospecting section of your Sprift account.
- Is the feature available to all Sprift customers?
Yes. Landlord Prospecting is included for all branches, with 50 free records provided each month.
- How do I get started?
Just head to lettings in Prospect via your Sprift dashboard, select the landlord details you want, and these will then show within Landlord Prospecting tab to send mailings direct to the landlords address
