Address Not Showing

Sprift shows addresses on the official UK address list

If the address you're looking for is not appearing in the search bar drop down it is likely that the address is not in the official U.K. address list.

This can be checked using the Royal Mail website https://www.royalmail.com/find-a-postcode

If the address appears in this list please contact Customer Success who will pass the information the data team to rectify. 

 

If the address does not appear on the Royal Mail website a request will need to be submitted to them directly - https://www.royalmail.com/personal/receiving-mail/update-your-address .
